We are proud to celebrate Barbara Rybarczyk, who has recently received multiple “You are ACE!” nominations in recognition of her compassion, professionalism, and dedication to supporting older people in the community. With a nursing and midwifery background from Poland and many years of experience in community care, Barbara brings empathy, kindness, and genuine care to every client interaction. In her interview, she reflects on the importance of dignity, trust, and supporting clients to feel safe and respected in their own homes. Home Care Podiatrist
The Home Care Podiatrist provides essential foot care services to clients in their homes and community settings, supporting older adults and people with disability to maintain mobility, independence, and quality of life. The role includes routine foot care, diabetic foot assessments, ingrown toenail management, and preventative treatment, with a strong focus on aged care and NDIS clients. The podiatrist works independently to deliver safe, person-centred care in line with Australian clinical standards.
Care Services Manager (Care Partner) - Melbourne North-Western Suburbs, Victoria
The Care Services Manager (Care Partner) is responsible for overseeing high-quality aged care and community support services across Melbourne’s north-western suburbs. The role provides leadership in service delivery, compliance, client care coordination, workforce management, and continuous improvement in line with current aged care reforms, Aged Care Quality Standards, and Support at Home requirements. The position also supports older people to maintain independence, wellbeing and dignity within their homes and communities.
