In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating care services, creating and maintaining client rosters, and matching clients with the right support workers to ensure they receive high-quality, person-centred care. About the Role

As a Rostering Coordinator, you will:

• Coordinate and manage daily client rosters and support services
• Match clients with suitable support workers based on their needs and preferences
• Respond to service changes, cancellations, and new referrals in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation within our care management system
• Communicate professionally and empathetically with clients, families, and support workers
• Resolve rostering issues efficiently while ensuring continuity of care
• Provide administrative support to the Service Coordination team

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience in rostering, scheduling, administration, or a similar coordination role
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
• The ability to prioritise competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and computer-based systems
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 2–3 years' experience in rostering or administration
• Fluency in both English and Polish (essential)
• A current National Police Check or willingness to obtain one
• Experience in aged care, disability support, or community services (highly desirable)
• Experience using the Lookout care management system (desirable)
• Availability to work from our Mount Waverley office
