About Us
PolCare is a non-profit organisation that has been supporting the Polish community in Australia for years. We assist elderly individuals, people with disabilities, and their families in navigating the care system and living safely, with dignity and peace – in their own homes.

We are a registered service provider under government programs such as Support at Home, CHSP and NDIS. Our role is not only to deliver services but to provide genuine support to people in their daily lives — in a language they understand.

Community and experience
A non-profit organisation, we are part of the Polish community in Australia, bringing over 60 years of combined experience in community care. Our work is not just about providing services, but about building long-term relationships, trust, and a shared sense of security.

We organise events, meetings, and activities that help build relationships, reduce isolation, and strengthen bonds within the Polish community.
The Polish language, familiar traditions, and closeness to others help make everyday support feel more natural and secure.
