Start by speaking with PolCare staff. If the issue is not resolved, you can contact the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission for support and complaints assistance.
Yes. Many services, provided by PolCare, are designed to help you remain safe, comfortable, and independent in your own home for as long as possible.
Yes. With your permission, your daughter or son can help you apply for assistance on your behalf, speak with the provider, complete forms, and support you through the process. In some cases, they may also act as your nominated representative.
