• Conduct home and safety assessments
• Equipment prescription and recommendations
• Report writing and stakeholder communication
• Client-centred interventions and goal planning
• Community-based role across Melbourne
What you need:
• Occupational Therapy qualification
• Current AHPRA registration
• Driver’s Licence
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Polish language highly regarded
