About the Role

As an Aged & Disability Support Worker, you will:

• Provide personal care, including showering, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Assist with household tasks, meal preparation, shopping, and domestic assistance
• Support clients to attend appointments and participate in community activities
• Promote independence, choice, dignity, and social inclusion
• Monitor client wellbeing and maintain accurate care records
• Build positive, respectful relationships with clients and their families

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• Compassionate, reliable, and genuinely passionate about helping others
• A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently while contributing to a supportive team
• Respectful of clients' dignity, privacy, and individual choices
• Organised, dependable, and committed to providing high-quality care

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Disability or equivalent)
• Fluency in both English and Polish (essential)
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate, or willingness to obtain
• National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one
• A current driver's licence and a reliable, insured vehicle
• Previous experience in aged care, disability support, or community care (preferred)
