Małgorzata Żuchowska, Care Services/CHSP Groups & Respite Manager at PolCare, invites Polish seniors to listen to a series of short radio segments broadcast on:
- SBS Polish (93.1 FM) every Friday;
- 3ZZZ Melbourne Ethnic Communities Radio (92.3 FM) on the second Saturday of each month.
You can also listen to other Polish-language programs on SBS Polish every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday (repeatbroadcast) from 2.00 pm to 3.00 pm.

3ZZZ Radio broadcasts Polish-language programs threetimes a week:
- Tuesday: 11.00 am – 12.00 pm
- Wednesday: 10.00 pm – 11.00 pm
- Saturday: 7.00 pm – 8.00 pm

Please note that the Polish Seniors radio segments will take a winter break from June to August 2026. Broadcasting will resume in September 2026.
